The company is a privately owned media and technology company with roots in the independent film industry. SnagFilms, Inc. is comprised of three discreet, yet connected business units: SnagReleasing, and Indiewire. SNAG FILMS is a premiere film distribution service that acquires the distribution rights to distinctive film festival favorites and distributes them across a wide variety of movie-viewing platforms.
