SGL Entertainment is pleased to announce that they have just released THE MAGNIFICENT DEAD an epic western horror film. With a budget of more than a million dollars, this movie has been waiting for more than seven years to be released, but now the wait is over.

SYNOPSIS: The Magnificent Dead takes place in the 1870’s in the small Texas town of Rosewood where local rancher Jared Hamilton and his men have declared war on the town, using fear and death to prevent a new railroad line from coming through. Guided by a priest, Father Julian the desperate town leaders decide to hire a group of six gunmen to help clean up the town. These gunmen are legendary, as they are afflicted with Leprosy and fight with reckless abandon and ruthlessness, for they have nothing to lose, as they are already dead.

Ali Chapman Hits it Big With Freakshow and The Hostile Takeover

Actress Ali Chapman has had quite a year, landing a major role on AMC’s Freakshow and playing one of the main characters in the Jay Davis movie “The Hostile Takeover” an SGL Entertainment / R-Squared Films Release. A Native of Indianapolis, Indiana and now Living in Los Angeles California the “Amazing Ali” Chapman stands three feet, 5 inches tall and recently married Matt McCarthy 4-foot, 2-inches. The wedding took place on the Freakshow and has caused quite a sensation. The future looks bright for Ali Chapman, The Freakshow and her full length feature film The Hostile Takeover which will be coming out on cable TV and DVD later this year via SGL Entertainment and R-Squared Films.

SGL Entertainment Secures DVD, Cable TV Deal For “THE HOSTILE TAKEOVER”

SGL Entertainment has partnered up with R-Squared Films and have signed a deal to release what could be one of the funniest, over the top independent films of the decade “The Hostile Takeover”. The Film was Written and produced by J Davis and directed by Johnny Coughlin and was filmed in the Chicagoland area. The movie will be released later this year on Comcast Cable plus other Television Networks, and will also be available in the US and Canada on DVD via R-Squared Films. The Hostile Takeover is a tale of how an average pizza delivery guy named Jay gets caught in the middle of the largest territorial war in the city of Chicago’s history. As Jay avoids being killed by both sides in this brutal war, he must also prove his innocence to a trigger happy detective who believes he is the catalyst to it all. This hysterical urban comedy was inspired by the J Davis web series called “The MisAdventures of J Davis” which is available to watch on YouTube.
